Who can use Quorum
Quorum is a private, invite-only tool for members of a single corporate board. You must be explicitly invited by a board administrator and sign in with a Google account to use it.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Quorum only to coordinate meetings and share documents in the ordinary course of board business. You will not attempt to access data outside your authorized board membership, attempt to bypass authentication, or use the service to send unsolicited communication.

See our Privacy Policy for how we access, store, and share your data.
No warranty
Quorum is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect.
